Returns & refunds
30-day return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
How to return
1. Sign in and open your order under Account → Orders. 2. Click 'Request return' and tell us why. 3. We'll email a prepaid returns label within one working day. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
Damaged or faulty
If your order arrived damaged or you believe there's a fault with the product, contact hello@blendofessence.co.uk within 14 days and we'll make it right — no return required for damaged goods.
